Comments

This is a fairly long ride, but I should be fairly rested. I have come to pay homage to one of the central images of my life: Cape Canaveral. My mother literally pulled my sisters and I out of bed to watch every Redstone, Mercury, Gemini and Apollo launch. This was a very turbulent time in American history and the space program was one part that seemed fundamentally good. Seriousness aside, I want to stay in Cocoa Beach because that is where Major Healy lived from the television program I Dream of Jeannie.
