Depart downtown Saint Louis on Choutou Avenue heading
west.
Turn left onto Gravois Avenue.
Turn right onto Chippewa Avenue. Chippewa zigs and zags and
becomes Missouri Route 366. Continue on Route 366.
Route 366 will run into Interstate 44 at about exit 276. Enter
I-44 heading west.
At exit 261 (exit for Six Flags over Mid America), exit I-44
and take Business Loop 44.
At Pacific, Business Loop reverts to I-44 proper. Remain on
West Osage.
Near Gray Summit, West Osage runs into Missouri Route 100.
Remain heading west on Route 100.
At exit 251, enter Interstate 44 heading west.
At exit 247, exit I-44 onto the north side service road heading
west.
At Stantan (exit 23), cross over I-44 to the south side service
road.
At St. James, turn right onto Missouri Route 68. Cross over
I-44 and turn left onto the north outer road.
Outside Rolla, Old Route 66 ends at US Route 63. Turn left onto
route 63 towards Rolla. As you cross I-44, route 63 becomes
Business Loop 44. Stay on Business Loop 44 through Rolla. As you
approach I-44 west of Rolla, turn left onto the south outer road
(Martin Spring Road).
Outside Rolla, Martin Spring Road will turn away from I44.
Watch for a right hand turn onto County Road 7100.
Just beyond Doolittle, enter Interstate 44 at exit 176.
Exit I-44 at exit 172. Turn right onto the north outer road.
Continue heading west.
At exit 169, cross to the south side of I-44 at Clementine.
Continue heading west.
Before crossing the Big Piney River, turn left onto Tear Drop
Drive. Continue through Devil's Elbow returning to the South outer
drive.
East of St. Robert, the south outer drive become Business Loop
44. Stay on Business Loop 44 passing through Waynesville. Outside
of Waynesville, Business Loop 44 intersects with Missouri Route
17. Turn onto Route 17.
At exit 153, Missouri Route 17 cross I-44 to the south side of
the interstate. After passing over I-44, watch for Country Road P.
Turn right onto Road P.
At the fork in the road, turn onto County Road AA.
At the t-intersection with County Road AB, turn right. Stay on
County Road AB to Hazelgreen.
Beyond Hazelgreen at County Road F (exit 135), cross to the
north side of I-44. Continue west toward Lebanon.
Outside Lebanon, turn right onto Business Loop 44. West of
Lebanon, before rejoining I-44, turn right onto County Road W.
At Phillipsburg, (County Road C) turn left to cross over I-44.
In Phillipsburg, turn right on County Road CC.
At Marshfield, County Road CC ends at Missouri Route 38. Turn
right onto route 38 and then very quickly turn left onto County
Road OO.
Outside of Springfield, County Road OO becomes Missouri Route
744.
In Springield, turn left on National Avenue.
Turn right onto Business Loop 44. Continue through Springfield.
Outside Springfield, Business Loop 44 continues as Missouri 266.
West of Halltown, Missouri 266 turns left and intersects with
Missouri 96. Continue on Missouri 96 heading west.
Continue on Route 96 through Carthage. West of Carthage, turn
take US Route 71 headed south.
