Route Overview:
Depart Kalispell on US Route 93 (Main Street) heading north. At the intersection with US Route 2 (East Idaho Street) turn right. At the west entrance to Glacier National Park, turn left onto Going to the Sun Road. At Logan Pass, Going to the Sun Road becomes Glacier Route 1, continue on route 1. At Saint Mary and the intersection with US Route 89, turn right onto route 89 heading south. West of Browning, Montana, turn right onto US Route 2 / US Route 89 heading south. Complete the loop by driving through Kalispell, continuing westbound on US Route 2. (This next bit has me worried: these are way secondary roads -- I hope I don't end up on gravel. I will check in Kalispell). As you pass Smith Lake, turn left onto Kila Road. Turn right onto Smith Lake Road. Turn right onto Browns Road. Continue onto Browns Meadow Road over the pass. Turn right onto Cromwell Creek Road. Continue on Browns Meadow Road. At intersection with Montana Route 28, turn right onto Route 28. At intersection with Montana Route 200, turn left onto Route 200. At intersection with Montana Route 135, turn right onto Route 135 Arrive Saint Regis.
At the intersection with US Route 2 (East Idaho Street) turn right.
At the west entrance to Glacier National Park, turn left onto Going to the Sun Road.
At Logan Pass, Going to the Sun Road becomes Glacier Route 1, continue on route 1.
At Saint Mary and the intersection with US Route 89, turn right onto route 89 heading south.
West of Browning, Montana, turn right onto US Route 2 / US Route 89 heading south.
Complete the loop by driving through Kalispell, continuing westbound on US Route 2.
